Yes. Setup includes a brand-new dedicated local number for your business (the one-off £49 setup fee covers it). You can advertise it anywhere, or forward your existing number to it so nothing about your marketing has to change.

The caller's name, the reason they're calling in their own words, and an email address that's read back and confirmed. Their phone number is captured automatically from caller ID — and if they've withheld their number, it simply asks for the best one and reads it back. If an email is proving hard to catch on a bad line, it can offer to text them instead. You can also add up to two custom questions of your own — a postcode, a guest count, whatever your business needs.

It answers 24/7 by default. Set business hours and out-of-hours callers get your after-hours greeting instead — and a holiday mode covers you when you're away. If your monthly call allowance runs out, callers can leave a voicemail that still becomes a lead with a recording and transcript — or switch on pay-as-you-go overage and it keeps answering at a per-call rate, up to a monthly cap you control.

Yes — it's optional and off by default, so out of the box callers simply talk to the AI. Turn it on in your admin console and callers hear a short keypad menu first — for example press 1 for the assistant, 2 to reach your team, 3 for voicemail — with up to six options you control. Pressing nothing falls through to the AI, transfers ring your number then fall back so no call is ever lost, and every lead and call-log entry is tagged with the option the caller chose, so you can see whether the menu is earning its place.

Two ways to get it. As an add-on to any Lead Capture AI plan it's from £10 a month by call volume. Or take the Voice Only plan at £69 a month — the receptionist is the whole product: up to 100 leads a month, each one logged in a simple dashboard and emailed to you. Both include the £49 one-off setup with your new local number. Spam calls, ring-and-hang-ups and your own test calls never use up your allowance.

Each call is summarised in two lines by AI, scored 1-100 on what was actually said, and lands in your pipeline instantly with the full transcript — and you get an email notification straight away. When a call sounds urgent, it can also text you immediately with the summary and the caller's number. On full plans, the same pipeline collects your website form and chat leads too, and you can send proposals, take deposits and set follow-up reminders from it.

Yes — you can set a transfer rule so that when a caller needs a human (or asks for one), the call is put through to your mobile or landline. You can also have it ring your own phone first for a few seconds during opening hours, with the AI stepping in only if you can't pick up. Everything else is captured for you to deal with when it suits.
